General institutional objective

We perceive young people as individuals with rights and see the need for a global and clear policy that takes into account the different needs in this phase of life and is not only limited to education and the preparation for the labor market. With the focus on an integral development of young people, which prepares them for adult life, we try to combine educational processes with processes of experimenting and developing their journeys through life. These processes include integration into the world of work, the definition of identity, the experience of sexuality and community, the organization of leisure, cultural creation and social participation. In this direction, our programs and partnerships build spaces, actions and activities that enable young people to make experiences, develop the necessary skills and awareness that will facilitate the considering and planning of their own lives based on their interests and social responsibility as citizens. Our contribution is to positively shape the educational process of these young people. To this end, we have formed a team of professionals in various fields of knowledge and defined a system of work that includes constant reflection on our educational practice. In addition, we try to approach the burning and latent issues of the region, to formulate possible problems, and to mobilize the existing knowledge needed to deal with the problems they face.

Curriculum Design

Within the process of building the political-pedagogical project of the program, it is worth highlighting the stage of construction and validation of a curriculum designed by the team in a participative and dialogical way, so that the curriculum can be an experience of integration of knowledge. Hereby, INTEGRATION is understood as: the interrelationship of dimensions or ideas in order to build a whole that makes sense and INTERACTION as: the exchange of one's own and other people's experiences in new spaces, with the aim of enriching life experiences and the consistency of projects.
